On Sunday 6th September we held our Pocket Pistol Competition on the 25m Bob Blake Range. This was a 60 shot match consisting of a 30 shot precision and a 30 shot rapid series course of fire. There were eight competitors keen to get their hands on the trophy. Pieter Williams was quick out of the blocks with a fantastic score of 294Â ex 300 in the precision series, four points clear of the next competitor Ben Videgrain. The rapid series is where all that hard work can be lost. Ben posted a score of 280 to take the lead and claim the Pocket Pistol Trophy with a score of 290-280 – 570.
