JPC/JPA LONG RANGE PISTOL COMPETITION

On Sunday 1/10/23 we held our last event of the year, The Long Range Pistol Competition on the main range 100 yard firing point. Although we have never shot this late in the year, CIPSA kindly gave us their allocated slot so we could hold this event. The weather was perfect, with a slight left to right breeze. Only five competitors made it the firing point, such a shame as this is a challenging competition.

This is a 2 part match & a total of 60 shots + 5 sighting shots.

The first half is the JPC Match & The Second half is the JPA Match.

Practice 1:  2 Strings of 5 shots in 5 minutes, Practice 2: 2 string of 5 shots in 2 minutes, Practice 3: 2 Strings of 5 shots in 30 seconds.

THE RESULTS

FINAL LONG RANGE PISTOL SCORES 01-10-23

Congratulations to this years winner, Hugh Cummings for winning the JPA event on his first attempt and to Ben Videgrain for winning the JPC Overall Competition..

Thanks to all of you who turned up throughout the year and for all those that helped out.
