Two rapid fire pistol events were held over the past two weekends. The first was the JPC classic rapid fire event, where pre-2005 rule change pistols and ammunition can be used. There were only three shooters competing for the Ivy Blake Rosebowl in Class A and the Ivy Blake Trophy in Class B but the weather was good and a pleasant afternoon shooting was had.
The following weekend was the JPA rapid fire trophy, a single class event with just two shooters looking to get their name engraved on the Gaynor Blake Trophy. Congratulations to the winners and thanks to those who took part.
